Sportswear manufacturer BLK has reached an agreement to become the official apparel supplier to the Australian Football League (AFL) Aussie rules competition.
Under the three-year deal, which runs from 2016 to 2018, BLK will supply performance clothing for the AFL Draft Combine and AFL Academy programmes.
BLK already has partnerships with six AFL teams and provides kits to the AFL umpires programme.
AFL general manager of commercial operations Darren Birch said: “The AFL is pleased to be partnering with BLK as the official apparel supplier for the NAB AFL Draft Combine and NAB AFL Academy programmes. As a frontrunner of the sports performance apparel market, BLK continues to grow its AFL footprint as the on-field supplier to six AFL Clubs, in addition to recently launching the 2015 AFL Umpires uniforms.”
