Bills secure extension with banking partner

NFL American football franchise the Buffalo Bills has agreed a five-year extension to its sponsorship agreement with US commercial bank MT&T Bank.

MT&T Bank, a partner of the team since 1985, will retain its roles as the official bank of the Bills and the exclusive marketing partner of the franchise’s Ralph Wilson Stadium from 2014-15 to 2018-19.

A climate-controlled section of Ralph Wilson Stadium will also continue to be known as the M&T Club.

In addition, MT&T Bank has also acquired the naming rights for a new family section inside Ralph Wilson Stadium. The 500-seat section will be known as MT&T Family Zone and feature various family initiatives at each Bills home game day.

MT&T Bank will also co-operate with the Bills on a number of other community initiatives including the Touchdown for Teachers Contest, Gift of Warmth Collection and Buffalo Promise Neighbourhood Ticket Donation.

MT&T Bank has also extended its marketing relationship with Bills running back Fred Johnson and has launched a series of online videos that show how the player prepares for the season.
