Golf’s Asian Tour has extended its partnership with Danish shoe manufacturer Ecco.
The new two-year deal will cover the 2017 and 2018 seasons. Ecco Golf will continue to serve as the Tour’s official footwear sponsor.
Under the agreement, Ecco Golf’s new 2017 collection, which includes the Ecco Cool and Ecco Cage Pro models, will benefit from exposure via the Tour’s various media platforms. This will include digital, online and print, as well as direct customer engagement at exclusive Tour events.
“We have made huge strides in the market and are ambitious to maintain this momentum,” Jesper Thuen, head of Golf Asia-Pacific at Ecco, said. “The partnership enables us to extend our market reach and connect with golfers across the whole of Asia.”
The two parties first teamed up in February 2016.
