AFL’s Dockers renew with jersey sponsor

AFL Aussie rules football club the Fremantle Dockers has renewed a sponsorship deal with Australian staffing and maintenance services firm Programmed.

The new agreement will run for four years, through to the end of the 2022 season.

Programmed will retain its role as a co-major sponsor of the club and continue to benefit from branding placement on the back of players’ home jerseys.

The deal covers both the Fremantle men’s and women’s teams.

Programmed began its support of the club as a corporate partner in 1995 and has been a co-major sponsor for the past 10 seasons.

Programmed managing director Chris Sutherland said: “We are committed to building a team that reflects and supports the communities we operate within. Our partnership with the Fremantle Dockers strongly supports our ability to engage with the community in such initiatives as increasing employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders or engaging more girls to undertake a trade.”
