English Premiership rugby union club Harlequins has extended its partnership with German sportswear company Adidas.
The new five-year deal will see Adidas continue to supply Harlequins’ playing and training kit until 2021.
Adidas will also support the club’s community initiatives as part of the agreement, which now extends to the provision of kit and equipment for the Harlequins Ladies, sevens and future 10s teams.
As a principal partner of Harlequins, Adidas will work alongside the playing and community teams to develop products and apparel using the latest technologies and innovations.
Harlequins chief executive David Ellis said: “Our partnership goes beyond the provision of kit and, alongside our expansion into new international markets, we will be working together very closely to drive additional value into our community and foundation programmes at home and abroad.”
Adidas first partnered with Harlequins in 2014.
