NFL American football franchise the Seattle Seahawks has entered into a partnership with real estate firm Windermere.
The deal, the length of which was not disclosed, names Windermere as the official real estate company of the Seahawks.
Under the agreement, Windermere will receive brand exposure at the Seahawks’ CenturyLink Field stadium, while media and fan-focused activations will be organised throughout the upcoming NFL season, which begins in September.
In addition, Windermere has agreed to donate $100 (€90) to Seattle-based non-profit organisation YouthCare for every tackle made by the Seahawks during home games in the 2016 season. The campaign will be called #tacklehomelessness. YouthCare provides services and support to young homeless people in the area.
