Champagne brand Veuve Clicquot has agreed a deal with the International Cricket Council to sponsor this summer's Champions Trophy and Women’s World Cup events.
Veuve Clicquot will serve as the exclusive Champagne of both tournaments, with its products to be made available to spectators, hospitality guests and VIPs across all eight venues staging matches at the events, which will be staged in England and Wales.
Golden Ales, Pimm’s, Aspall and Kingfisher had already signed on as drinks partners of the Champions Trophy, which will run from June 1-18. The Women’s World Cup will follow from June 24 to July 23.
