Transportation network company Uber has entered into a partnership with Russian Premier League football club Spartak Moscow.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it was confirmed that the agreement will run for at least the 2017-18 season.
Spartak fans will now be able to use Uber to travel to and from home matches at the team’s Otkrytiye Arena. A specific Uber drop-off and pick-up zone will also be established at the stadium.
Uber has similar deals in place with a number of other football teams, including English Premier League outfit Manchester United and Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A club Flamengo.
