US fuel company Sunoco has opted to extend its partnership with the IndyCar motor-racing series.
Under the deal, the terms of which were undisclosed, Sunoco will continue in its role as the official fuel of the IndyCar series and will also become the official fuel of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Sunoco will also retain its title sponsorship of the Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year and IndyCar series Rookie of the Year awards.
In addition to its ongoing relationship with IndyCar, Sunoco has a long-term deal in place with the National Hot Rod Association US motorsport series.
