UK fashion label Fenwick has entered into a partnership with Ascot, one of the country’s leading racecourses.
The company has agreed a three-year deal, under which it will support the racecourse’s iconic Royal Ascot event. The agreement, which will run until the end of 2018, names Fenwick the official Royal Ascot millinery sponsor and the official Royal Ascot style guide supporter.
As part of the deal, Fenwick will support the curation of the Royal Ascot Millinery Collective, which features hats created by a host of top designers. The hats will be sold in Fenwick stores, while the company will also provide clothing and accessories for the event’s 2016 style guide.
In addition, the company will host consumer events and promote Royal Ascot in its stores. Fenwick will also have a presence at Ascot race days from January to June each year.
“While racing is at the heart of Ascot, the fashion component is fundamental for us and our customers,” Juliet Slot, commercial director at Ascot, said. “It is part of the day that helps create the sense of occasion that our customers feel is so strongly associated with Royal Ascot.”
Royal Ascot 2016 takes place from June 14-18.
