Formula One motor-racing team Red Bull Racing has renewed its partnership with Swiss watchmaker Tag Heuer.
The new two-year deal will cover the 2017 and 2018 F1 seasons and will see Tag Heuer’s branding continue to feature on Red Bull’s engines.
Tag Heuer will also retain its position as Red Bull’s official timekeeper, official watch partner and team performance partner.
Red Bull first linked up with Tag Heuer ahead of the 2016 F1 season, which concluded yesterday (Sunday) with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
“This extension will give us even greater visibility, with a real focus on the future,” Marc Biver, Tag Heuer’s global sports director, said. “We have a lot of different projects ahead of us in 2017, projects that are both creative and exciting. Our motto #DontCrackUnderPressure is our guiding principle in all our actions, with the support of the Red Bull Racing team and its highly contagious enthusiasm.”
Red Bull's car for the 2017 season will be named the Red Bull Racing-Tag Heuer RB13.
