Pyeongchang 2018 signs latest domestic sponsor

The Pyeongchang Organising Committee for the 2018 Olympic and Paralympic winter Games (POCOG) has entered into a partnership with Korean rice products manufacturer Cheorwon Odae-ssal.

The agreement names Cheorwon Odae-ssal as an official supporter of the Games.

The company will be able to exercise various marketing rights including the use of intellectual properties and a marketing partner recognition program.

POCOG’s vice-president of Games planning, Kim Ki Hong, said: “Cheorwon Odae-ssal are a welcome addition to our growing list of local partners and we thank them for their support of Pyeongchang 2018 and look forward to working with them in the coming year.

“We hope that all the local partners will get their staff and customers behind the Games and help us raise awareness and encourage everyone to come and experience the Olympic and Paralympic winter Games for themselves.”

The Pyeongchang 2018 Games will take place from February 9-25.
