French Ligue 1 football club Paris Saint-Germain has extended its partnership with multinational electronics company Panasonic.
Under the deal, the terms of which were not disclosed, Panasonic will continue to run a multi-screen network at the club’s Parc des Princes home stadium.
Panasonic will run various initiatives to allow fans to experience its products during PSG home matches. The partnership will also extend to games in digital platforms.
Meanwhile, PSG is also reportedly set to sign a new sponsorship deal with energy company GDF Suez.
According to various media reports, GDF Suez will become an official supplier of the club in a deal worth just under €1m ($1.3m).
GDF Suez was reportedly hesitant about agreeing to a deal at first, as the firm did not want to sponsor the PSG women’s team.
