Isotonic drinks brand Powerade has agreed a deal to become an official partner of the 2017 Rugby League World Cup.
Powerade will serve as the official hydration partner of the national team tournament, which will be co-hosted by Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea from October 27 to December 2.
Powerade will benefit from product and brand integration on the field of play, as well as in the dressing rooms and on the sideline areas at all matches during the competition.
Coca-Cola Amatil will provide hydration, including Powerade and water, for all participating teams, match officials and organising staff during the tournament.
In addition, Coca-Cola Amatil will receive full non-alcoholic pourage rights at 11 World Cup venues in Australia and New Zealand.
