Norwegian cooperative building association OBOS has enhanced its association with Svensk Elitfotboll, the organising body of the top two club football divisions in Sweden, by becoming the presenting partner of the second-tier Superettan.
The league will officially be known as the ‘Superettan presented by OBOS’ for four seasons, from 2020. OBOS also becomes an official partner of the top-tier Allsvenskan.
As part of the agreement, OBOS will launch a membership programme in 2020 that will offer customers a 25-per-cent discount on Superettan matches.
Earlier this year, OBOS agreed a deal with Svensk Elitfotboll to support the Superettan, having previously signed on as a partner of the Damallsvenskan, the top tier of women’s football in Sweden.
OBOS is also the title sponsor of the second tier of club football in Norway, the OBOS-ligaen. The company is also a partner of Norway’s top-tier women’s competition, the Toppserien.
