Tyre supplier Nokian Tyres has become an official sponsor of the NFL Canada division of American football league the NFL.
The deal will run through to the 2020 edition of the league’s Super Bowl end-of-season showpiece event.
“The partnership with NFL Canada is another example of Nokian Tyres investment in North America and will help fuel sales and increased brand awareness throughout Canada,” Tommi Heinonen, head of Nokian Tyres North America, said.
Both the NFL and its NFL UK division have similar partnerships in place with tyre manufacturer Bridgestone.
The NFL 2017 season is due to begin on September 7.
