Audio equipment manufacturer Bose has renewed its partnership with the NFL American football league.
Bose will continue to serve as the official headphone and headset of the NFL after signing a new multi-year deal with the league.
Bose will continue to design, engineer and manufacture headsets for each of the 32 NFL clubs’ coaching staff. The equipment is used during matches and enhances sideline and booth communications.
Bose’s NFL headsets have been built specifically for the demands of the sport and use proprietary technology to deliver prime audio, noise cancellation, durability and comfort.
Bose will also retain its position as the official sound, and the official home audio and speaker sponsor of the NFL.
“Our technology has been used to deliver critical communication for more than a 100,000 play calls over the last three years,” Pat LaCroix, head of global media and alliances at Bose, said. “We’re proud of the impact our headsets have had on the game, and are committed to continuing to make a difference for the league, its 32 teams and the millions of fans everywhere.”
Bose first partnered with the NFL in 2011.
