Pizza delivery restaurant chain Papa John’s Pizza has extended its partnership with NBA basketball franchise the San Antonio Spurs.
The deal will run for three seasons, from 2015-16 through to 2017-18.
Under the agreement, Papa John’s will develop a special ‘Go Spurs Go’ large pizza box in partnership with artist and San Antonio native Cruz Ortiz.
The pizza box will be available throughout the 2015-16 season in conjunction with a special promotion that gives customers in the San Antonio area access to a 50-per-cent online discount on certain items on Spurs game-day Wednesdays and all playoff game days.
The 2015-16 NBA season begins tomorrow (Tuesday).
