Speciality aftermarket exhaust parts manufacturer Flowmaster has entered into a commercial agreement with North American stock-car racing series Nascar.
Flowmaster becomes Nascar’s performance partner for performance exhaust system components, including performance mufflers, catalytic converters, headers and installation accessories.
Under the deal, Flowmaster becomes part of the Nascar Sprint Cup Series Contingency Program and will leverage its new designation to participate at various Nascar retail and wholesale drives across the US and at-track.
Flowmaster is the third brand to join the Nascar Sprint Cup Series Contingency Program this year, which awards money to teams after each race and secures branding space on the front fender of competing cars.
The 2014 Nascar season officially gets underway with the 56th annual Daytona 500 on February at Daytona International Speedway.
