Major League Baseball franchise the Philadelphia Phillies has entered into a partnership with the Yuengling & Son brewery.
The multi-year deal names Yuengling as an official beer sponsor of the Phillies.
According to The Morning Call newspaper, Yuengling will benefit from brand placement through signage at Citizens Bank Park, the team’s home ballpark. Yuengling products will also be sold at the stadium.
The partnership commenced on Friday with the Phillies’ opening home game of the season, a 7-6 loss to the Washington Nationals.
