Italian sportswear brand Macron has signed a new referee kit partnership with Uefa.
Under the deal, Macron will provide referee uniforms for all Uefa competitions for the next three years, until 2022.
The new kits will be used for the first time at the Europa League final in Baku on May 29, and at the Champions League final in Madrid on June 1.
Macron is the first Italian brand to supply referee kits to Uefa.
The new kits will use neon yellow, neon blue and neon pink shirts, combined with black shorts and black socks featuring the Macron Hero logo.
The shirts are slim-fit in design and also use a micromesh inner lining for increased breathability.
Macron consulted some of Europe’s most experienced referees while designing the kits, including Nicola Rizzoli, who refereed the Uefa Champions League final in 2013.
