The Lenox Hill Hospital has become the exclusive official hospital of NHL ice hockey team New York Rangers after signing a multi-year marketing partnership with the Madison Square Garden Company.
Part of the New York metropolitan area healthcare system North Shore-LIJ, Lenox Hill will benefit from brand exposure inside the Madison Square Garden Arena, on BlueshirtsUnited.com – the official New York Rangers online fan community, and on the MSG Network.
A regional cable television and radio service serving the mid-Atlantic region, MSG Network focuses on coverage of New York sports teams, including NBA basketball team and Garden tenant New York Knicks and the Rangers’ NHL counterparts New Jersey Devils, New York Islanders and Buffalo Sabres.
Under the partnership with the Rangers, Lenox Hill will be highlighted on static and digital signage during the team’s home games, including home bench and penalty box signage and a presence on the arena’s centrally hung scoreboard.
The hospital will also be the presenting partner of the Rangers club seat section as well as the exclusive concierge entrances to the building and two guest services locations in the arena.
In addition to its visibility at Madison Square Garden, Lenox Hill will be promoted through Rangers’ television broadcasts on the MSG Network and the broadcaster’s “Hockey Night Live” Saturday show.
