Spanish LaLiga football club Leganes has unveiled a shirt sponsorship deal with Saudi Arabia-based technology, media and telecommunications group MBuzz.
Terms of the agreement, which was first announced last month, were not revealed, but it will result in MBuzz, or one of its affiliated brands, receiving front-of-shirt branding space during Leganes’ games in its first season in the top tier of Spanish football.
The partnership was formally unveiled at an event in Dubai today (Tuesday). “This key partnership has been struck at a very exciting moment in the club’s history,” said Leganes vice-president Felipe Moreno, according to UAE newspaper Sport 360.
“In Mbuzz Group, we have an international partner that will naturally be well-equipped to support us, not least because we share so much in terms of our vision to grow in strength and achieve greatness.”
