LaLiga, which operates the Spanish football league, has renewed a partnership with Nike that will allow the sportswear manufacturer to provide the official ball for its competitions.
The extended deal will run through to the conclusion of the 2018-19 season.
The partnership began in the 1996-97 season.
LaLiga’s managing director of sales and marketing, Adolfo Bara, said: “The ability to communicate and the global power that a brand like Nike possesses are very important for LaLiga.”
