Kowa Health Care America, a subsidiary of Japanese pharmaceutical company Kowa, has entered into a partnership with Major League Baseball team the New York Yankees.
The agreement will cover the remainder of the 2016 MLB season.
Kowa will use the partnership to showcase its Vantelin brand of support braces by incorporating the Yankees’ logo onto its products and packaging.
The branded products will be made available at select locations around the club’s Yankee Stadium, and online. Kowa will also receive brand exposure at Yankee Stadium on game days.
Vantelin, which recently agreed a deal to become an officially licensed MLB authentic wear brand, will be given a product information kiosk at select Yankees home games for the remainder of the season.
