Italian sports helmet manufacturer Kask has agreed a three-year partnership with the Ironman triathlon series.
The partnership will see Kask present at Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events in South Africa, Spain, France, Austria, Germany, Sweden and Italy.
Kask will be showcasing their products and providing a specialist service to Ironman participants. As part of the agreement, Kask will also be developing a range of limited edition co-branded Ironman helmets.
Ironman participants will be able to try the latest helmets from the Italian brand at event village stands and meet Kask-sponsored athletes through activation events organised at each race.
Kask holds endorsement deals with likes of four-time Ironman champions Matt Hanson, Andy Potts and Michelle Vesterby.
“We are excited about the opportunity that this partnership presents for Kask to impact tri-sports,” Alberto Fonte, Kask cycling director, said. “Working with Ironman elevates Kask to the international triathlon world stage and exposes our industry-leading helmets, such as Utopia, Mistral and Bambino Pro, to an even greater number of triathlon athletes and fans.”
This news follows a string of new partnership announcements for Ironman Europe, including the Santini cycling and triathlon clothing brand, specialist event travel service Nirvana, and bike transportation service TriBike Transport.
