Irish FA drinks to Tennent’s partnership

The Irish Football Association, the sport’s governing body in Northern Ireland, has agreed a partnership with Scottish beer brand Tennent’s.

Tennent’s NI has been named the official beer partner of Northern Irish national team.

The company has agreed a five-year contract to supply its beers and ciders at the new National Football Stadium at Windsor Park, which is currently undergoing redevelopment work.

Tennent’s drinks will also be served at the venue’s first public bar, which is due to open next year.

Northern Ireland will next summer compete at its first major tournament in 30 years after qualifying for Uefa Euro 2016.
