Formula One motor racing team Sauber has renewed its sponsorship agreement with Latin American insurance broker Inter for the ongoing 2015 season.
The deal extends Sauber’s partnership with Mexico-based Inter into a fourth consecutive year. Inter’s logos will be displayed on the seatbelts of the Switzerland-based team’s C34-Ferrari race cars.
Juan Ignacio Casanueva, chief executive of Inter, said: “It’s exciting to continue our partnership with this great team in the year that Formula One returns to Mexico City after a 23-year absence. The association with the Sauber F1 team demonstrates Inter’s desire to continue building its international business base by capitalising on the unique global reach of Formula One.”
Brazilian driver Felipe Nasr (pictured) has collected 14 drivers’ championship points so far on his debut F1 season with Sauber.
