The Infront Sports & Media agency has unveiled a new centralised marketing concept for the 2014-15 edition of the Turkish Basketball League top-tier domestic club competition.
The move marks an enhancement to Infront’s existing deal with the Turkish Basketball Federation, which operates the TBL.
Under the new strategy, all TBL properties and individual games will be combined as one unified series of events.
The commercial structure of the league has also been redesigned to offer between six and eight inclusive partnerships in addition to the naming rights as the top-tier sponsorship package.
Partners that sign up will benefit from LED board advertising, on or near-court signage, in-game activation opportunities, usage of league marks and footage as well as the right to utilise player and team imagery in print or television campaigns.
In addition, partners will also be granted rights to use the new TBL website and integrated social media channels.
Ender Uslu, managing director of Infront's Turkey operation, said: “The essence and value of the TBL has now been captured in an appealing visual identity, which strengthens its profile as a premium sports property. The new identity will reinforce both domestic and international awareness of the TBL.”
