Hertz signs sponsorship with Rolex Paris Masters

Car rental company Hertz has announced a new long-term sponsorship agreement with the Rolex Paris Masters tennis tournament.

The deal sees Hertz becomes an ‘Official Partner’ to the Paris Masters for the next five editions until 2026, beginning with this year's tournament that starts on October 29.

The company will provide a fleet of 35 Hertz-branded vehicles, most of which will be electric, to transport players to the Accor Arena, in an effort to support the Paris Masters’ sustainability goals.

Cédric Pioline, director of the Rolex Paris Masters, said: “We share the same desire to support sustainable mobility. This long-term collaboration is a great mark of trust for our tournament.”

The announcement comes after the French Tennis Federation (FFT) signed a five-year Premium Partner renewal for Roland Garros with state airline Emirates in June this year.

In April, the FFT also extended its agreement with Chinese smartphone maker Oppo, another Roland Garros Premium Partner, by two years until at least 2023.
