Heineken bottles will not be placed in front of Muslim players during press conferences at the ongoing Uefa European Championship after Paul Pogba last week removed a drink from view following France’s match against Germany, according to reports.

Teams competing at Euro 2020 are now being asked whether players and managers attending pre- and post-match press conferences object to non-alcoholic Heineken 0.0 bottles being placed in front of them, according to The Telegraph.
