Rhein-Neckar Löwen, the defending champion of Germany’s Handball Bundesliga, has extended a partnership with battery manufacturer Duracell.
The two parties have been partners since the start of the 2016-17 season and the extension will run until the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
Duracell will continue to serve as a jersey sponsor of the team.
“Duracell is more than just a sponsor for us; it has become an important driving force in the short time of our partnership, always coming up with ideas and suggestions and offers for our fans,” the team’s managing director, Jennifer Kettemann, said.
