Supermarket chain Lidl has secured a partnership with the German Handball Federation (DHB).
The one-year deal will run for the duration of 2016.
As an official partner of the DHB, Lidl will benefit from branding on various in-arena surfaces during all Germany national team games, as well as in match-day programmes and on the DHB website.
Lidl will also work with the DHB on various other promotional activities that will be rolled out during the course of the partnership.
The deal was brokered by the Lagardère Sports division of media conglomerate Lagardère.
