The Formula E electric car-racing series has extended its partnership with Julius Baer, the Swiss private banking group.
Julius Baer will remain the global partner of the championship for another four years, beginning with the upcoming 2015-16 season and culminating in the 2018-19 campaign.
The group first teamed up with Formula E last year ahead of its inaugural season. Its logo featured on all race cars and at trackside.
“Since the beginning of the partnership Julius Baer and Formula E have shared common values such as innovation, sustainability and forward-looking pioneering spirit,” Boris Collardi, chief executive of Julius Baer, said.
“We look forward to continue to adhere to these values and to share a vision of a world with more sustainable means of transport with our stakeholders and clients.”
The 2015-16 Formula E season begins in Beijing, China on October 24.
