The International Ski Federation (FIS) has entered into a multi-year partnership with German logistics company Conceptum Sport Logistics.
Under the deal, the Frankfurt-based firm will cover the governing body's logistical requirements at its Alpine, Nordic, snowboard, ski jumping and freestyle skiing World Cups, assisting team travel and the transport of equipment and other cargo.
CSL will also work with the FIS at the upcoming 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.
The terms of the agreement include a recommendation to more than 150 national ski associations under FIS jurisdiction to use CSL's services for their logistical needs, although the exact length and financial terms of the tie-up were undisclosed.
