ExxonMobil returns to Qatar Open

The Qatari subsidiary of US multinational oil and gas corporation ExxonMobil has renewed its title sponsorship of the Qatar Open for the ATP World Tour tennis event’s 2014 edition.

Under the agreement, ExxonMobil takes its association with the event into a 20th consecutive year.

The 2014 Qatar Open is currently taking place at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha and boasts the likes of world No.1 Rafael Nadal and Wimbledon champion Andy Murray.

ExxonMobil is staging off-court events at the tournament, including a public and VIP village, player autograph sessions and interactive educational activities in its title-sponsored stand, a kids’ zone and merchandising booths.

Additionally, ExxonMobil will continue to contribute to other competitions organised by the Qatar Tennis Federation, including supporting its Youth Nationals tournament for a fourth consecutive year.
