The ESL esports competition promoter has signed up DHL as the official shipping and logistics partner for its ESL One series.
Under the deal, DHL will handle event logistics for ESL One events in Brazil, Germany, the UK and US, transporting stage equipment and gamer seating.
DHL’s branding will feature on various social media channels and ESL communications platforms during the series.
ESL stages and markets esports leagues and events, including tournaments in the popular esports disciplines Dota 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, StarCraft II and League of Legends.
ESL also produces live streams of its esports tournaments and distributes them via digital channels, such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Twitch.
In March, DHL sealed an official partnership with the new Formula One esports series. DHL banner advertising will also be visible in the FIFA 18 football video game as part of its partnership with German Bundesliga club Bayern Munich.
