Finland-based construction machinery and equipment rental company Cramo has become an official partner of the new Champions Hockey League European ice hockey tournament.
Cramo’s deal with the Infront Sports & Media agency, which is the league’s exclusive media and marketing partner, will run for three seasons, from 2014-15 to 2016-17.
Under the agreement, Cramo has secured the exclusive rights to brand the top scorer of each participating team’s helmet and jersey back throughout the competition. The package also includes branding on perimeter boards across all 161 games in the view of television cameras plus integration across all communication and promotional materials, the website and the streaming platform.
Bruno Marty, Infront’s executive director of winter sports, added: “At the current stage, each brand in our sponsorship line-up originates from a different European market – underlining the universality of the platform. The Champions Hockey League provides Cramo with season-long exposure in their core Nordic market as well as the opportunity to reach out effectively into other pan-European target regions.”
