Australian Big Bash League Twenty20 cricket team the Brisbane Heat has extended its kit sponsorship deal with home appliances manufacturer Betta Home Living.
The new two-year deal covers the Heat’s men’s and women’s teams. The Heat said the extension will see Betta become the longest-running major sponsor in the history of the BBL.
Betta’s branding will appear on the helmets and trousers of the women’s team. Its logo also features on the shirts and trousers of the men’s side.
Betta will continue as a major sponsor of the Heat, with financial services provider CUA set to be the club’s principal partner for the upcoming season. CUA first partnered with the team in July 2016.
The renewed Betta deal has been signed ahead of the start of the 2017-18 men’s BBL season on December 19. The women’s BBL season got underway last week.
