The member-driven organisation Lexington Commerce, which promotes business growth in the US city, has been named as an official partner of horseracing’s Breeders’ Cup World Championships.
This year’s two-day event will take place at the Keeneland racecourse in Lexington, Kentucky on October 30-31.
Lexington Commerce will provide on-site services to Breeders’ Cup attendees and will use the event to help raise the profile of local business leaders.
Craig Favel, the president and chief executive of the Breeders’ Cup, said: “We have been very pleased with the enthusiastic support from the Lexington business community, which is an essential part of managing an international event of this magnitude to proceed smoothly and efficiently.”
