Online bookmaker Betway has renewed its partnership with German esports organisation ESL.
The new deal will run for one year and includes an option to renew for a further 12 months. Betway will continue to serve as the exclusive betting sponsor of the largest Counter Strike: Global Offensive events on the ESL circuit, including the IEM Katowice, ESL One Cologne and seasons 9 and 10 of the ESL Pro League.
Betway will retain exclusive behind-the-scenes access, VIP hospitality rights, in-stream and in-stadia branding, and experiential and digital assets.
The renewal comes after Betway struck a main sponsorship deal last month with German esports team Berlin International Gaming (BIG). The deal will run for two years and grants Betway front-of-jersey and sleeve branding.
