German Bundesliga football club Bayer Leverkusen has partnered with Korean tyre manufacturer Kumho, while Eintracht Frankfurt has extended its agreement with regional energy supplier Mainova.
Kumho’s logo will appear on the sleeve of Leverkusen’s shirts during DFB-Pokal matches, starting with tomorrow’s (Saturday’s) game at Alemannia Aachen.
Kumho also becomes a premium partner and the exclusive tyre partner of the club. The deal will cover the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons.
Kumho will be given an extensive presence on the club’s digital platforms. Two Kumho-branded 3D ‘cam-carpets’ will also be placed near the pitch during matches at the BayArena, while the company will benefit from premium hospitality packages.
Meanwhile, Eintracht Frankfurt’s new deal with Mainova will run until the end of the 2021-22 season. Mainova will retain its position as a premium partner of the club, which it has sponsored since 2002.
