Arsenal extends wine partnership with Santa Rita

Premier League club Arsenal has extended its wine partnership with Chilean wine brand Santa Rita.

Under the deal, Santa Rita will continue as Arsenal’s Official Wine Partner for another three seasons, from 2019-20 to 2021-22.

The South American brand will have exclusive pouring rights at the Emirates Stadium on match days and at other Arsenal events.

Santa Rita will also have LED exposure at the Emirates, increased access to Arsenal Legends, and rights to activate on Arsenal’s global pre-season tours.

During Arsenal’s tour of the US this summer, Santa Rita will host an event in Washington DC for key distributors and VIP guests, featuring head coach Unai Emery and Arsenal Legend Ray Parlour.

Baltazar Sánchez, chairman of Santa Rita, said: “During the first three years, Santa Rita has reached millions of football fans on TV, also making our wines available to more than 5 million fans at Emirates Stadium.

“We have introduced the exclusive Santa Rita Arsenal co-branded wine, bringing the Arsenal brand closer to our consumers.”

Santa Rita signed as Arsenal’s first Official Wine Partner in 2016. Over the next three years, Santa Rita aims to expand its market share in the UK and Ireland, key Asian markets such as China, Japan and South Korea, and Latin American markets such as Brazil, Colombia and Chile.

Santa Rita was founded in Alto Jahuel, Chile, in 1880, and is one of South America’s oldest wine producers.
