Allianz has agreed a deal to sponsor the 2013 edition of the International Swimming Federation (FINA) World Championships.
The German financial services company’s logo will be present at the four competition venues of the event, which will be held in Barcelona from July 19 to August 4. Under the agreement, Allianz will also provide insurance for the competitions.
The 2013 event, which will be the 15th edition of the Championships, will feature various competitions in swimming, synchronised swimming, diving, open water swimming, high diving and water polo.
Allianz becomes the third national sponsor of the event, alongside Asisa and GAES.
