AFL Aussie rules football club the West Coast Eagles has extended its long-running partnership with insurance company SGIO.
According to The West Australian newspaper, the club has agreed a new three-year deal with SGIO. The extension will bring the two parties’ association to 34 years.
Under the agreement, SGIO’s branding will continue to feature on the front of the team’s playing vests.
“We’ve been with the Eagles since day one,” SGIO chief executive Stuart Blake said. “The sponsorship renewal demonstrates our commitment not only to the football club, but also to the people of Western Australia, who we know love their footy.
“The three-year sponsorship extension is testament to the relationship that we have with the West Coast Eagles and the great benefits this association brings to our brand.”
