Lancaster Archery Supply has agreed a deal to sponsor the sport’s global governing body, World Archery.
The archery equipment retailer will be the presenting partner of the #Shootlikeme series across World Archery media platforms, and will form part of the body’s industry sponsorship programme from the start of the 2018 international season.
Lancaster will support World Archery’s major events and content production. The #Shootlikeme series will comprise 10 episodes and will launch across World Archery’s platforms on Friday. The series will provide tips and advice to archery enthusiasts.
Lancaster owner Rob Kaufhold said: “World Archery is the pinnacle of competition for target archers – and the level that every up-and-coming athlete aspires to reach. We’re proud to support World Archery in delivering elite tournaments around the world and looking forward to working with the federation to grow the sport of archery.”
The company also backs the Lancaster Classic, an indoor tournament now attracting over 1,400 participants each year.
