Global payments company TransferMate has secured a partnership with English Premier League football club West Ham United.
Terms of the deal were undisclosed, but it was confirmed that TransferMate will serve as the team’s exclusive currency provider for all relevant services relating to foreign exchange payments, including player transfer transactions.
TransferMate will also benefit from the use of the club’s official digital platforms, as well as advertising opportunities at the team’s London Stadium home ground.
West Ham currently sits 13th in the 2016-17 Premier League table after a 1-0 home win against Hull City on Saturday.
