Vehicle retail group Halliwell Jones has extended an agreement for naming rights to the home stadium of English Super League club the Warrington Wolves.
The rugby league club’s ground will continue to be known as the Halliwell Jones Stadium until the end of the 2021 season after the two parties agreed a new five-year deal.
The deal will also see two 30-square-metre digital screens installed at the stadium, which Halliwell Jones has sponsored since its opening in 2004.
“As we enter the 14th year of this successful partnership we are continually looking to develop the relationship; this is reflected in the joint venture of the installation of two digital screens at the stadium,” Warrington chief executive Karl Fitzpatrick said. “The screens will not only open up new commercial avenues for both businesses but will also enhance the fan engagement experience.”
