Telecommunications company Vodacom has been unveiled as the title sponsor of the Tanzania Premier League, the top tier of club football in the country.
Vodacom signed the deal with the Tanzania Football Federation, which confirmed the agreement would be worth TZS9bn (€3.5m/$3.9m) over the course of three years, or TZS3bn a year.
Under the agreement, the league will now be known as the Vodacom Tanzania Mainland Premier League.
The new Tanzania Premier League season got underway on August 24.
