Insurance company TVM has agreed a deal to become the logistics partner of the KNVB, Dutch football’s governing body.
The agreement, which will run for an initial four years, means that TVM is responsible for the transportation of the materials of the Dutch national football teams, including the senior and age-group men's and women's squads.
TVM, which is headquartered in the Dutch municipality of Hoogeveen, specialises in insurance for the transportation industry.
It has been a major sponsor in the sports market for some years, having had its own professional cycling team from 1988 to 2000 and having a prominent link with a number of Dutch ice skaters.
Arjan Bos, chairman of TVM, said: "We are proud to be partnering with KNVB. From our experience – after 28 years as a sponsor active in cycling and skating – we are used to raising the bar high when it comes to pursuing ambitions and successes."
